Terms of Service

The Front Desk is a service of Abundant Management ("we," "us," or "our"), based in Palm City, Florida. By signing up for or using The Front Desk, you agree to these Terms of Service.

The service

The Front Desk provides automated front-office tools for businesses, including missed-call text-back, instant lead follow-up, review requests, and database reactivation, delivered through our software platform. We set up the system for your business after you sign up and provide the information we request (such as your business details and your Google review link).

Subscription and billing

• The standard plan is $99 per month, billed in advance through Stripe. There is no setup fee and no long-term contract; you may cancel at any time and your service runs to the end of the paid period.
• Optional premium Done-For-You services are offered at $1,497 for setup plus $497 per month, under the terms quoted when you choose them.
• Usage credits are separate from the subscription. Text messages, calls, and AI usage run on wallet credits inside your account, funded by your own payment method with automatic top-ups. Those per-use charges are your cost and are not included in the $99 monthly fee.

The Never-Miss Guarantee

We promise your system will be live within 24 hours of signup; if it is not, your first month is free. After your system is live, if a missed call to your covered number does not receive its automatic text-back because of our system, that month's subscription fee is free. The guarantee covers the monthly subscription fee only.

Text messaging terms

By submitting a form on our website and providing your mobile number, you consent to receive text messages from The Front Desk (Abundant Management) about your signup, your account, and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Our Privacy Policy describes how mobile information is handled; we do not share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for their marketing.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate business information and keep it current.
• Make sure you have the right to share any customer lists or contact data you give us, and that messages sent on your behalf comply with applicable law.
• Keep a valid payment method on file for your subscription and usage wallet.

Acceptable use

You may not use the service to send unlawful, deceptive, or unwanted messages, or to violate the policies of messaging carriers or platforms. We may suspend service that does so.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it running reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and we are not responsible for carrier delivery failures outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability under these terms is limited to the subscription fees you paid in the month before the claim.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted on this page is the current one, and continued use of the service means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
